Say hello

Most pieces ship within 3–7 days depending on the craft and workshop location, since many items are checked individually before dispatch. Exact shipping time is listed on each product page.

Close, but not pixel-identical — every piece is handmade, so small variation in glaze, grain, or brushwork is normal and part of the craft. We describe this on each listing rather than hide it.

Yes — unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Write to us with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup.

We do, for both retail wholesale and corporate gifting. Email us with quantities and a rough timeline and we'll connect you with the relevant karigar workshops directly.

Rates are agreed directly with each workshop before listing and published as-is — we don't renegotiate them down later as volume grows. Full detail on our sourcing approach is on the Our Karigars page.
